The 2019 Awards are now closed to entries
The 2019 Sandford St Martin broadcasting Awards are now closed to entries. Thank you very much to all who entered. Winners were announced at Lambeth Palace in June.
The 2020 Sandford St Martin Awards will open for entries in mid-November 2019. You can follow us on Twitter or Facebook for updates.
The Awards recognise broadcast count that explores religious, ethical or moral themes. Entries for the 2020 Awards must be broadcast content first published or transmitted between 1 January and 31 December 2019.
The Sandford St Martin Awards accept entries from either stand-alone programmes (you may enter up to two episodes from a longer series or strand and each episode will be judged as a single entry), or, from a full series.
Is your programme or series eligible? Download and read our full eligibility criteria.
Radio and TV entries should be submitted electronically where possible – either as a downloadable electronic file via WeTransfer or ftp; a file posted to us on a USB stick; or as a password-protected link to your content on a media streaming site such as Vimeo, SoundCloud etc.
Please ensure all digital files are clearly named and that the name on the digital file matches the name of your programme on your entry form.
Please note: We are unable to accept links to iPlayer, ALL4 or similar platforms as entries with an inbuilt expiry date. Instead, please submit a complete audio/video file of your programme(s).
Prior to sending us any media files please do refer to our technical requirements. These can be downloaded here.
