The 2019 Awards are now closed to entries

The 2019 Sandford St Martin broadcasting Awards closed to entries on 1 February at 5pm.  Thank you very much to all who entered.  Shortlists will be announced towards the end of March.

Programmes entering the 2019 Awards needed to have been first broadcast/published between 1 January and 31 December 2018.

The Sandford St Martin Awards accept entries from either stand-alone programmes (you may enter up to two episodes from a longer series or strand and each episode will be judged as a single entry), or, from a full series.

Radio and TV entries should be submitted electronically where possible – either as a downloadable electronic file via WeTransfer or ftp;  a file posted to us on a USB stick;  or as a password-protected link to your content on a media streaming  site such as Vimeo, SoundCloud etc.

Please ensure all digital files are clearly named and that the name on the digital file matches the name of your programme on your entry form.

Please note: Because they have inbuilt expiry dates, we are unable to accept links to iPlayer,  ALL4 or similar platforms as entries.  Instead, please submit a complete audio/video file of your programme(s).

Prior to sending us any media files please do refer to our technical requirements.  These can be downloaded here.

If you have any queries please contact entries@sandfordawards.org.uk.
