The Sandford St Martin 2021 Awards

Celebrating the power of broadcasting to bring people together

This year’s Sandford Awards were streamed live on June 8th at 18.30 BST.

This year’s show features live Q&As with the winners in each of the four regular categories (Journalism, Children’s, TV/Video and Radio/Audio) as well as special segments celebrating this year’s Radio Times Readers’ Award winner “It’s A Sin” and the 2021 Trustees’ Award winners which focus on content made in response to COVID-19.  The presentation was followed by an interactive after-show reception featuring some of the evening’s winners and hosted by the BBC Merseyside presenter and Sandford St Martin Trustee Ngunan Adamu.

You can watch the full presentation and the after-show reception below.
